İNGİLİZCE GEÇEN YAZ NE YAPTIN ?

Merhaba arkadaşlar. İngilizce geçen yaz ne yaptın?, geçen kış ne yaptın?, geçen hafta ne yaptın?, geçen yaz tatilde ne yaptın?, gibi sorulara İngilizce olarak cevap vermek istersek Simple Past Tense kullanmamız gerekmektedir. Bu yazımda sizlere bu konu hakkında bir örnek vermek istedim. Ama yine olduğu gibi vereceğim örneğin Türkçe karşılığını yazmadım. Bunu yapmamın nedeni ise sizlerin de aktif olarak bu öğrenme sürecine katılmanızı istememden kaynaklanıyor. Bu sayede vereceğim metin üzerinde kendiniz çeviriler yapmaya çalışacaksınız. Elbette bazı noktalarda çeviremeyebilirsiniz. Bu çok normal. Böyle bir durum olduğu zaman, bu yazının altındaki yorumlar kısmına çeviremediğiniz veya çevirisinden pek emin olmadığınız cümleleri bana sorabilirsiniz. En kısa zaman içerisinde geri dönüş mutlaka sağlanacaktır. Şimdi yazımıza geçelim keyifli okumalar. :)

Tell me; what you did last summer or last winter?

Hello, i am Gökhan. I will tell you what i did last summer.

   Last summer was fun  for me. Because i was in my village with my family all summer. We had a big garden and we planted cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and beans. I studied KPSS last summer and i finished Mathematics lesson during the summer. It was hard for me to be in the village. Because there wasn’t internet in the village. So i was hard for me to study KPSS. My village is very beautiful because there are many mountains in the village. I sometimes walked in the mountain with my friends. His name is Emre. We did everything. For example we drove a car in the forest and we rode horses. But He went to İstanbul for his aunt on 7th July. Because his aunt died in İstanbul. I didn’t go because there was a pandemic. So it was forbidden for me.

   

   We didn’t go to the village to have a pandemic. I was till 15 years old in the village. We made a pool to front of my house to swim. I used to swim last summer but i can’t swim now. Because there is a pandemic in the world again. Last summer, we bought a field. So we decided to build a house but we didn’t build. Because there was a pandemic and it was bad time to build a house. We have got a lot of fields. So we work in the fields every summer. We often sow crops in our fields. The crops  grew too many last summer and we maintained in our warehouse to buy the crops. My uncle and his family went to our village to visit us on 30th July. The day after, we went to the village of my aunt in law. I saw my ex girlfriend there. She didn’t talk to me. Because she was angry with me. Also i saw my high school friends. They invited me to their house. And i accepted their invitation.

   I ate a lot foods there. Because they were delicous. Then we came back to our village. My uncle and his family stayed in our village for two weeks. And after that they came back to İstanbul. My cousin Menşure married on August. We went to her weeding. I saw a very pretty girl in the weeding saloon but i couldn’t learn her name. We were able to buy the crops in time. The crops usually buy on September and we usually buy on September. We stayed in the village until  the end of September. After that we came back to our house in the city. I created a blogger page and i writed  articles until the school opens. Also i finished my project. My project was to read 20 books during the summer and i achieved this. So i was very happy last summer. I learnt new things. My University started on 19th October. Thus, summer ended for me.
